I offer a Digital Healthcare Consultancy service to ICBs, PCNs, GP Federations and now Private GP Practices, helping them to successfully implement and foster Digital Health technologies that help deliver services such as the PCN DES Primary Care Contract as well as other clinical services.
With over 14 years of experience setting up EMIS and SystmOne hubs for PCNs and GP Federations, I possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the following areas: EMIS Web, SystmOne, GP Connect (including 111 Direct Booking), NHS Spine Services, and Third-Party Suppliers such as OneAdvanced (Docman Share), Hero Health, accurx, mjog and more.
I offer the following services:
- Direct support via EMIS/SystmOne Login and/or Remote Desktop Connections between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
- Service Desk for raising tickets for assistance.

If you wish to use my services for support or smaller projects, my rates are £400 per day or £60 per hour. Additionally, I would be happy to enter into a monthly retainer agreement to provide support and training as needed. I have Professional Indemnity Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, and Confidentiality Agreements in place to ensure complete peace of mind for my clients.
